That’s because RE/MAX Ultimate Professionals of Shorewood has donated to the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals through the Miracle Home Program for the eighth straight year.
Nancy Benard is the highest donating Miracle Agent at RE/MAX Ultimate Professionals for 2020 and recipient of the 2020 Miracle Maker Award, according to a news release from RE/MAX Ultimate Professionals.
The Shorewood office raised $4,235 last year. Benard’s contributions were 34% of that at $1,450 for the 2020 fiscal year, RE/MAX said.
Here’s how the Miracle Home Program works: RE/MAX Ultimate Professionals brokers are encouraged to donate a portion of their commission to Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals after each residential and commercial transaction, RE/MAX said.
All donations benefit Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago, RE/MAX said.
Benard donated $1,450 for the 2020 fiscal year, which was 34% of the amount the Shorewood office raised, RE/MAX said.
Over the years, RE/MAX’s support of CMN Hospitals has helped provide life-saving treatments, advanced medical equipment and valuable research and education. raised more than $165 million for 170 member hospitals. across the U.S. and Canada, RE/MAX said.
Local hospitals determine the best way to allocate those funds based on local needs, RE/MAX said.
